Shipping policy

Domestic Shipping (United States)

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery time:

  • UPS Ground: 1–5 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to modify the shipping address or reroute a package after it has shipped.

International Shipping

Ditsy currently ships to select international destinations.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges.

Estimated delivery time:

  • International Shipping: 2–7 business days

Please note:

  • International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or additional fees required by their country.
  • These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are collected by your local customs authority, if applicable.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on customs processing and local carriers.
  • Ditsy is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or the shipping carrier.

If an international package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, any return shipping charges or carrier fees may be deducted from the refund.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 2–5 business days. During collection launches or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer than usual.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our studio.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Ditsy is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier.

If your tracking indicates your package has been lost in transit, please contact us at info@ditsyheadwear.com, and we will do our best to assist you.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. Ditsy is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
